In the past I’ve participated in a Friday Favorites weekly post, but since I don’t blog as often as I used to I decided to do things a little differently this year. I plan to share a monthly list of some of my favorite finds. I love sharing my favorite things and love hearing about others favorites.

This Eye Mask
I can thank my friend Emily for telling me about this eye mask! It is AMAZING and available on Amazon here. It’s heated and massages your temple area. It is perfect to fight off headaches, which John and I both get pretty often. All three of us have used it multiple times since purchasing it.

My Workout Area
To beat the winter blues here in Michigan (because they are REAL, ya’ll), I’m trying to make my physical health a priority. I know that moving my body helps my mental health, too! I’ve set up a pretty impressive little home gym in our basement. For a Christmas/early birthday gift, I got a BODi Bike and I absolutely love it. I’ve used Beach Body workouts off and on for many years, so now I have the bike and all the workouts at my fingertips. Now that I’m 40, I’m prioritizing strength training. I love the LIFT4 Workout. It’s definitely a favorite!

I’ve had this CAIN album on repeat! When I’m walking on the treadmill, when I’m washing dishes, when I’m driving in the car. So many great songs that pour truth into my heart.
This Book Challenge
I get to thank my friend Emily for another one of my favorites this month. She told me about this fun reading challenge. We’re doing a read around the USA book challenge! The Book Girls’ Guide provides a book list each month with books from certain parts of the United States. I just happened to have one of the January books on my TBR shelf and I have picked not one, but two that I really want to read for February. This is such a fun way to read new books I might not have otherwise picked.
These Cups
I have had my eyes on a Stanley cup, but they have been sold out everywhere. I came across these on Amazon and let me just tell you they are AMAZING! I got two for the price of one Stanley (if you factor in the cost of shipping) and I haven’t used anything since getting them. I added a fun sticker to my purple one.
This Trader Joe’s Quick and Easy Meal
I came across this easy meatball and mashed potato meal on Instagram. I took myself to Trader Joe’s for the items I needed and we had the most delicious supper that took no time at all! My kind of cooking!
Fresh Flowers and Watermelon Candles
While at Trader Joe’s I bought myself these bright flowers. If I’m not going to have sunshine in Michigan, I’m going to have some color. HA! These flowers and my watermelon candle from Wal-Mart brightened an otherwise cold, grey, winter day!
